Mr. Mitchell will begin the week of October 15   with Mr. Dennis remaining in office until the end of October to introduce him to Agency leadership, staff and operations. Mr. Mitchell has over 20 years of leadership, development and management experience in non-profit and community-based organizations.  His long history of successful leadership work has most recently included serving as Interim Executive Director of The Correctional Association of New York, Inwood House, (a child welfare agency that works with pregnant and parenting teens) and Discipleship Outreach Ministries-Turning Point and Family Services NY, Inc.  Mr. Mitchell currently sits on the Board of The Father's Heart Ministries-NY.
